Compliance Specialist

Bristol Myers Squibb is a global pharmaceutical company committed to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our Quality Control Laboratory team in Boudry.
This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a reliable, qualified, and regulatory compliant operation within the QC Laboratory. The specialist will work closely with the Manager to maintain a project and continuous improvement strategy, ensuring compliance with global cGMP regulations and BMS policies.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule inspections and internal audits, assist with associated action plans and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Act as a QC representative for projects, bringing technical and process knowledge to ensure proper implementation.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings, communicate key information, and escalate any issues that may impact the quality of our products.
- Maintain performance data tools, implement actions based on analysis, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of Lean programs and QC improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and excellence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
