Your Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Intermediate Care department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to surgical and medical patients who require intermediate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Conduct diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
  • Identify and respond to changes in patient condition, including early recognition of potential complications and implementation of appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, including documentation of care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in intermediate care or acute hospital setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a high level of responsibility and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
