Strategic Procurement Lead for Swiss Operations

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Procurement Lead to join our team in Switzerland, responsible for providing sourcing, tender, contracting, and supplier management support across all areas of indirect spend. As a trusted business partner, you will drive EBITDA performance through the delivery of savings, rebates, and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have high-energy, excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with a proven track record in strategic indirect procurement environments. You will work closely with the business unit to understand the strategy, identify opportunities, and contribute to the successful delivery of the Procurement plan.
About You- You have strong commercial contracting knowledge and solid understanding of law.
- Experience working in a fast-paced multi-site business environment is essential.
- You possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in computer systems and reporting/presentation techniques.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
