We are seeking a talented individual to shape the future of our reborn legendary hotel in St. Moritz. As a master mixologist, you will be the face of our bar, crafting exceptional drinks and providing unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities- Design and implement innovative drink menus
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for every guest
- Collaborate with the team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere in the bar
- Strong passion for mixology and hospitality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Knowledge of basic mathematics and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding alcohol sales and service
