Sustainability Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Sustainability Implementation Specialist to support the implementation of our sustainability strategy. This involves collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze ESG data, track progress on sustainability goals, and contribute to operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, ESG, or related fields, with proven experience in data analytics and project support. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze ESG data for compliance, reporting, and decision-making purposes.
• Monitor internal sustainability performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement and compliance with ESG standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in sustainability, ESG, or related fields.
• Strong skills in data analytics and project support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
• Passionate about sustainability with an eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.

This role offers the opportunity to grow in a supportive environment while contributing to critical sustainability initiatives. The working location is in Zug, Switzerland, and we offer hybrid working possibilities. Occasional travel may be required.
