**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the implementation of agile methodologies and practices across the organization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive agile transformation plans based on SAFe principles.
  • Train and coach agile teams, scrum masters, product owners, and other stakeholders on SAFe principles, practices, and ceremonies.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures to optimize organizational performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent certification in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading agile transformations and implementing SAFe practices in large organizations.
