We're looking for a seasoned Transformation Programs Director to drive business growth and expansion within the pharmaceutical industry. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in leading high-performing teams across various life sciences transformation programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful delivery and exceed client expectations through effective stakeholder management, problem-solving, maturity assessments, strategy planning, and delivery management. With a strong focus on leveraging your extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry, you'll drive meaningful change and help us achieve our business objectives.

You'll work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that address their needs. Your ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complex organizational structures, and inspire collaboration will be essential in driving transformative programs forward.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of deep functional expertise in one of the key areas of Life Sciences (Pharma, Med-Tech, CDMO, Consumer Health).
  • Differentiated expertise from extensive work experience in the Life Sciences industry across major Pharma Companies.
  • Extensive work experience in a consulting company and/or track record of working in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Possess superior client interaction skills: ability to build trusted relationships and to drive transformation programs jointly with client leadership.
