Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture complex parts from various materials, including polycarbonate, aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
  • Create assemblies, tooling, and templates according to engineering drawings.
  • Operate CNC water jet and bending machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Maintain and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, safety, and reduce costs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Requirements
  • Ability to read and understand 3D models, 2D drawings, and complex assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience in machinery maintenance, tool settings, and lubricant management.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is an asset.
  • Experience with SAP, Siemens NX, or other 3D visualization software is an advantage.
