Retail Marketing Specialist

About the Role
The Retail Marketing Specialist will provide day-to-day support and assistance to the Retail Marketing team in implementing activations and education projects. This role will facilitate the execution and delivery of strategic brand marketing campaigns into Retail environments, bringing the EMEA vision to life in key channels while enabling personalization across key retailers and ensuring timely, best-in-class delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in delivering promotions in EMEA and managing the logistical process to enable successful and timely execution in markets.
- Responsible for deploying all key promotions and their execution at retailers, including briefing agencies and creating promo toolkits.
- Assess market/retailer need for supporting activations and closely work with and brief activation coordinators to deliver POS/ePOS.
Education Delivery & Support
- Lead the implementation and execution of key education programs.
- Responsible for delivering in-store education via Tapscan technology, liaising with activation coordinators to implement on POS.
Best Practices/KPIs Sharing & Sales Support
- Communicate quarterly key initiatives to promote best practices (monthly/quarterly updates).
- Support the team with ROI reporting on key promotion/education initiatives and budgetary investment.
- Prepare and share pharma channel market data with internal stakeholders (IMS).
- Back up activation coordinators for offline/online customer-specific activation requests.
Requirements
- University degree with a marketing bias or at least 2+ years demonstrating a similar skillset.
- Project management skills/operational discipline.
- Good financial awareness/business analysis & cross-functional knowledge.
- Experience managing reports.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
