About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Project Coordinator to join our team at Ligentec SA in Corbeil Essonnes, France. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project execution to ensure timely completion of work statements, milestones, and objectives within EU project frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) to meet project requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Manage cost accounts, budget planning, and controlling, as well as internal and external reporting for multiple projects.
  • Prepare and submit proposals to public institutions, leveraging knowledge of public funding mechanisms.
  • Conduct reporting and audits for publicly funded projects to ensure compliance and transparency.
Requirements
  • A degree-level qualification in Science or Engineering, with experience in relevant environments (MEMS, Semiconductors, Nano-Optics).
  • Knowledge of proposal submission processes to public institutions and public funding mechanisms.
  • Strong experience in project planning and management, including significant experience with EU projects as a coordinator.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Project Management certification highly appreciated).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote teams and under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in reporting and auditing publicly funded projects is a strong plus.
  • Working proficiency in English and French.
Compensation and Benefits
