We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our client's pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities- Review and release of incoming label stock to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and release of clinical finished goods, including review of the printed and applied label, to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Conduct GMP reviews of batch records and regulatory filings to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with internal functional areas, including GMP Manufacturing, Packaging, and Logistics, as well as external partners, such as Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
- Communicate batch-related issues to management, EU Qualified Persons, and the Swiss Responsible Person.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in life sciences, ideally in biotechnology, biology, or pharmaceutical studies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical industry or comparable.
- Experience in batch record review is advantageous.
- Excellent experience with Good Documentation Practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, preferably with Six Sigma Tools.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Word/Excel is preferred.
- English and German language proficiency at a business level is necessary.
- Strong time-management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team player.
