Job Opportunity for a Reliable Household Manager and Childcare Provider

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Household Manager and Childcare Provider to join our family in Geneva. As a key member of our household team, you will be responsible for managing the daily household operations, including laundry, ironing, and meal preparation. You will also provide childcare support for our 7-year-old daughter, including picking her up from school when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Household Management: Oversee the daily household operations, including laundry, ironing, and meal preparation.
  • Childcare Support: Provide support with childcare responsibilities, including picking up our daughter from school when needed.
  • Travel Accompaniment: Accompany our family on frequent weekend trips to Italy.
  • Pet Care: Care for our Labrador.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to Work in Switzerland: Must be eligible to work in Switzerland, with a Swiss/French passport or Swiss permit.
  • References: Provide written letters of recommendation or job certificates that can be verified.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role working in private homes.
  • Cooking Skills: Possess cooking skills, with a preference for Italian cuisine.
  • Childcare Experience: Experience in childcare and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, with Italian being a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility for travel is essential.
