We are seeking a skilled Senior Messaging Infrastructure Specialist to join our Technology and Operations unit, specifically within the Infrastructure department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and reliable Microsoft Exchange On-Premise and Cloud infrastructure.

As an expert in messaging systems, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand communication requirements and design solutions aligned with our organization's goals and security standards. Your responsibilities will include selecting and configuring Exchange systems, routing protocols, Outlook clients, archives, and journaling. You will also administer, support, and improve our email SMTP routing gateways platform for the group.

To succeed in this role, you should have a deep understanding of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, including design, administration, and configuration. You should also possess good knowledge of ProofPoint mail security services, including design, administration, and configuration. Additionally, experience in development and scripting using PowerShell, Graph API, and other tools for automation is highly desirable.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with team members and stakeholders. They will also enjoy working in a collaborative environment, contributing positively to teamwork efforts. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) are essential.
