The Compliance Officer role is critical in ensuring that our AML processes and systems are effective and compliant with regulatory requirements. As a Compliance Officer, Associate, you will be responsible for collecting and documenting data to support AML investigations, ensuring compliance across all business lines and regions.
You will interact with AML management, business units, and the firm's Legal, Audit, and Risk departments, exercising sound judgment and maintaining high standards in your work. Your key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and documenting data, including alert, investigation, or Suspicious Activity Report history, Know Your Customer information, relevant account and transaction data, and other required information to assist investigations.
- Reviewing and analyzing underlying data to assess reasonable cause for escalating alerts to Investigations or clearing them.
- Disposition and fully documenting all alerts, including supporting data, analysis, and rationale for disposition, within the case management system in a timely manner.
- Building relationships with AML Investigations units, effectively communicating and transferring information for case investigations.
As a Compliance Officer, Associate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in AML and contribute to a leading financial institution.
