Commercial Assistant (f/m/d) - Paper Goods Department

Full-time, in Collombey

Your Tasks

• You advise and inform customers competently and politely and sell a variety of paper goods.
• You are responsible for the cash register and handle payments.
• As a sales advisor, you are familiar with the product range and prices and help customers choose the right product.
• You place orders, check receipt of goods, and ensure that there is sufficient stock on the shelves.
• You also ensure that the offer is presented attractively and that the shelves are clean.
• During special events, such as Christmas or back-to-school, you actively participate in designing product presentations.
• You are also familiar with our ranges of office furniture and equipment and advise customers competently and safely.

Your Profile

• You are a communicative and customer-oriented person who enjoys interacting with people and advising customers.
• You have a flair for paper goods and are also interested in office supplies and furniture.
• You are willing to learn, have good comprehension skills, and are flexible.
• You have a secondary education diploma, a very good real diploma, or equivalent.
• You have good grades (especially in French and mathematics) and your behavior in class is exemplary.
• You speak very good French.
• You have a neat appearance, good manners, and are in good physical shape due to the standing activity.
