Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Japanese Restaurant Server to join our team at W Verbier. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve customers in a cheerful, enthusiastic, and professional manner
- Use sales techniques to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure the cleanliness of tables during service and control the bills and payment
- Design and prepare tableware and respond to requests from the Talent Coach
Requirements
- Outgoing, playful, and sociable personality
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent presentation and representation of the W brand image
- BAC PRO, CFC, or BTS Catering or 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Highly motivated and passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience
