The Senior Ecosystem Architect role at Johnson and Johnson offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven applications. You will work closely with visionary founders to develop innovative solutions that integrate AI and blockchain technologies. As a trusted technical advisor, you will provide guidance on AI-agent infrastructure, smart contract architecture, and scaling AI x Web3 applications.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Technical Guidance:
  • Develop and implement AI x Web3 best practices for our ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI model integration with decentralized storage and smart contracts.
  • Design and deliver technical sessions, code reviews, and workshops to support startups and hackathon teams.
  • Optimize and fine-tune generative AI models for blockchain applications.
AI x Web3 Enablement:
  • Develop and lead workshops and hackathons to educate developers on AI x Web3 best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of SDKs, documentation, and developer tools to enhance the AI x Web3 experience.
  • Create technical content for startups, including sample code and reference architectures, to help founders overcome key challenges.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to refine AI x Web3 integrations.
  • Track developer progression from hackathon participants to long-term contributors and funded startups.
  • Design support programs for high-potential teams, offering access to funding, grants, and mentorship.
  • Analyze success patterns from top projects to refine AI adoption strategies.
Operational Support:
  • Analyze developer engagement data to optimize support strategies.
  • Track conversion rates and provide feedback to improve developer experience.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:
You have 5+ years of experience in AI, blockchain, cloud computing, or solutions architecture. You possess strong knowledge of smart contracts, LLM-based AI applications, and decentralized storage. Proficiency in Rust, TypeScript, Solidity, or similar languages is required, along with hands-on experience with AI model fine-tuning and deployment using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Experience in startup incubation, accelerators, or venture-backed projects is also essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and simplify complex concepts, are crucial.
