About the Role

As a Strategic Brand Director at ODLO International AG, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand vision and strategic business plan across all markets, sales channels, and categories.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will oversee the entire marketing value chain, from seasonal planning to sell-out, with a focus on maximizing business impact.
  • You will guide the global creative development and implementation of the brand tone, look, and voice.
  • You will make educated choices and set priorities for how to market the brand across chosen marketing channels in accordance with the overall business plan.
  • You will be the voice of our consumer and guardian of brand positioning, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in senior brand marketing/communications leadership roles.
  • A passion for developing desirable, distinctive brands and bringing them to life across all channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills combined with a superior 'get things done' attitude.
  • The ability to mobilize enthusiasm and resources in a matrix organization through interpersonal capabilities and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and result/KPI-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to lead and manage a team.
