Verantwortlichkeiten:- Unterstützung beim Design-Input
- Durchführung der Designkontrolle bei Entwicklungsprojekten
- Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenbewertung
- Schnittstelle zwischen Prozesspflege, Produktpflege und Entwicklung
- Unterstützung beim Design- und Prozessrisikomanagement
- Anlaufstelle für Fragen des Qualitätsmanagements während des Entwicklungsprojekts
- Unterstützung bei der Designverifizierung und -Validierung
- Durchführung oder Begleitung von Lieferantenaudits
- Unterstützung beim Designtransfer
- Teilnahme am kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Physik, Verfahrenstechnik) oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Design Quality Engineering oder Design Control von Medizinprodukten gemäß den Anforderungen von 21 CFR Part 820, Regulation (EU) 2017/745, ISO 13485, ISO 9001 und ISO 14971
- Ausbildung als Auditor ist von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Extrusion und Spritzguss in einer Medizinprodukteumgebung ist ein Pluspunkt
- Kenntnisse über Biokompatibilität und Hygieneanforderungen sind ein Plus
- Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, idealerweise mit guten Englischkenntnissen
- Sicheres Auftreten und Pragmatismus in interdisziplinären Teams bei der Produktentwicklung
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen (ca. 10% der Zeit)
