Senior Risk Management Controller

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Controller to join our team at CH10 - BJB Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd. This role requires expertise in accounting and regulatory reporting, with a focus on risk-weighted assets (RWA) and cost of capital (CoC) topics.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Produce CoC and RWA KPI reports, optimizing RWA reporting processes and ensuring accurate data within our systems.
- Design and maintain RWA allocation logic, ensuring consistency in KPI queries and reports.
- Initiate RWA adjustments and establish a control framework for RWA/CoC reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with our SAP team on system adjustments and ensure seamless integration of RWA/CoC data.
- Act as a key contact for RWA/CoC inquiries from stakeholders, providing expert guidance and support.
- Support and cover for team members as needed, ensuring continuity of our accounting and regulatory reporting processes.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or business administration.
- 5+ years of experience in management accounting or regulatory reporting, with a focus on RWA and CoC topics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
- Interest in regulatory standards and risk management, with a deep understanding of the banking industry and its regulatory requirements.
- Experience with financial systems and platforms, with SAP knowledge being a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
