Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Fiduciary Specialist to manage a mixed portfolio of structures and develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to maximise client retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, and private trust companies) on behalf of internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to ensure seamless client retention;
  • Collaborate with clients' legal advisors, tax experts, bankers, accountants, and other third parties to guarantee the proper administration of the structures;
  • Design and implement bespoke fiduciary solutions in conjunction with legal and tax professionals;
  • Ensure that financial and non-financial objectives are met to sustain a thriving fiduciary business;
  • Represent the company at industry events as required;
  • Provide support to our Legal and Compliance Office;
  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in trustee companies or private banking institutions with international exposure is highly desirable;
  • Strong knowledge of trust instruments, their applications, and benefits;
  • Good understanding of relevant laws governing the local jurisdiction;
  • Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an asset;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with independence and self-motivation;
  • Well-organised with the ability to handle conflicting demands under pressure;
  • Outgoing personality with confidence to communicate effectively with clients;
  • Able to understand both clients' and our firm's needs;
  • Team player with a flexible and open-minded approach;
  • TEP membership is a plus.
