Job DescriptionAs an Engine Services Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that the organization and processes meet all operation requirements (KPIs) in accordance with the engine services operational schedule and OEM/ regulatory guidelines.
- You will guarantee a workplace that meets all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations and requirements for all employees.
- You will assign employees to their jobs and maintain vacation planning in accordance with engine planning and monitor labor efficiency.
- You will organize support across SR Technics departments to assure performance as well tools, equipment and work documentation.
- Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authorities' rules / regulations always.
- Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to always meet demand.
- Focus on training and development needs for employees and department.
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements in applying Lean principles to achieve the organization targets.
- Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI).
- Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees.
- Education: Technical education is required.
- Operational & managerial experience in the aviation industry is necessary.
- Proven ability to provide effective management of allocated manpower and resources is essential.
- Proven ability to communicate issues to management, with suggested solutions is required.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures to the required level.
- Good command of verbal and written English level B2, German at level C1 is necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office is required.
- Positive attitude and solutions orientated are essential qualities.
- High degree of customer focus, both internal and external is necessary.
- Demonstrate good communication and team orientated working with an ability to manage is required.
