We are working with EPM Scientific - Phaidon International to find an experienced Automation Engineer. The successful candidate will be part of a reputable organization, contributing to the development of innovative medical devices in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and support for production processes.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize existing production processes.
  • Define, specify, and validate manufacturing and testing processes.
  • Plan and execute process expansions through automation or partial automation.
  • Support maintenance and troubleshooting of existing automation solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize production workflows.
  • Identify cost and quality optimization opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities.
Requirements:
  • Completed training or apprenticeship as an automation technician or comparable technical education.
  • Experience with highly automated systems.
  • Autonomous working style and strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
