Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to support the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, including steam turbines and centrifugal compressors, for Ebara Elliott Energy clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform overhauls and installations of turbo machinery, ensuring adherence to Elliott's standards for safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Adapt to unique industrial environments and follow Elliott's defined procedures and requirements for all tasks.
  • Ensure all work aligns with Elliott's best practices, accurately documenting activities and communicating any deviations, issues, or delays to supervision.
  • Uphold a strong safety culture, with the authority to stop work if unsafe conditions or practices are observed, complying with Elliott and customer-specific safety requirements.
  • Conduct Job Hazard Analysis and risk assessments for assigned tasks.
  • Perform and report safety observations, and manage risk by prudently utilizing time and materials.
  • Maintain professional behavior, reflecting Elliott's standards at all times.
  • Complete technical documentation on the correct forms provided, and submit accurate time and expense reports.
  • Manage local purchases and tooling, ensuring Elliott records are updated with work performed, and contribute to the continuous improvement process of Field Service Operations.
