Luxury Spa Sales Ambassador

Job Purpose

The Luxury Spa Sales Ambassador is responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences in the MSC Cruises Spa.

Key Responsibilities

  • To drive retail and service sales by interacting with guests, hosting activities, and conducting wellness consultations to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • To manage the Spa boutique, greeting and assisting guests, adhering to merchandising guidelines, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • To execute wellness and spa events, as per company procedures, promoting products and services to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • To conduct skincare, body care, and hair care consultations, offering personalized recommendations and promoting relevant products and services.
  • To support the onboard therapist and technician team in closing retail sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • To collaborate with the Spa Reception to upsell, upgrade, and close service packages, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • To develop and deliver product knowledge and retail techniques training sessions to the Spa Team, enhancing their skills and productivity.
  • To contribute to the overall operation of the Spa, as requested by the SPA Manager, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Languages: Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English. Knowledge of other languages such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese is an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Up-selling and cross-selling skills.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    • Computer Literacy.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include a competitive commission structure, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth and development within MSC Cruises.
