Commercial Assistant

• Manage the complete administration of a growing SME, including stock management, correspondence with clients, and phone and email communication.
• Collaborate with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform other tasks as required to support the business.

• Hold a Commercial Assistant diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken), with German language skills a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer software, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SelectLine or similar business management software an asset.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reside in Switzerland, specifically in the Seeland, Jura Bernois, Jura, or Neuchâtel regions.
