About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP QM Module Lead to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, development, and support activities for the SAP QM module on SAP S/4 Hana.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation and Support: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of the SAP QM module, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed business requirement analysis and documentation to inform solution design.
  • Conflict Avoidance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure no conflicts with ongoing S/4 Hana project design and rollout plans.
  • Solution Mapping: Map business requirements to technical solutions, configuring the system accordingly.
  • Functional Improvements: Lead the implementation of new functionalities and improvements to existing processes.
  • Testing and Coordination: Develop and execute testing strategies, coordinating with end-users for User Acceptance Testing.
  • Training and Documentation: Create training materials and e-learning tools, ensuring executional excellence and staying updated with industry best practices.

Your Background

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience with the SAP QM module, including implementation, roll-out, and/or support.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills for effective technical and non-technical information sharing.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
