Le Leader de production IC Front-End est responsable de la supervision et de l'assurance de la production des différentes étapes au sein de notre IC Front-End, dans le respect des standards de qualité, des coûts et des délais.

Compétences et responsabilités

  • Assurer la production en respectant les quantités fixées et les délais.
  • Contrôler les procédures et les spécifications de production.
  • Assurer la priorisation des tâches.
  • Guider et former le personnel initié et novice.
  • Montrer l'exemple et contrôler le respect des règles et du comportement en salle blanche.
  • Assurer le respect des prescriptions de sécurité.
  • Maintenir l'ordre et la discipline au sein de l'équipe.
  • Respecter la discrétion concernant les informations confidentielles.
  • Respecter la planification de production.
  • Gérer les priorités.
  • Collaborer avec les Techniciens et les Ingénieurs.
  • Etablir et transmettre l'état des travaux.
  • Maintenir un haut niveau de qualité des produits.
  • Participer à la qualification du personnel.
  • Signaler immédiatement les problèmes personnels ou de production.
