Key Responsibilities:- Manage GDP non-conformities and logistics-related events, including temperature monitoring issues, damages, and other quality-related concerns.
- Provide timely quality impact assessments and expert opinions to support commercial and clinical product quality.
- Maintain compliance with PQS requirements, revising and maintaining local SOPs, QAG, and other quality-related documents.
- Support logistics quality aspects for ongoing global projects and initiatives, including Air2Sea, Shipping Qualification, and Sustainability Goals.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, physics, or engineering.
- 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Management within the Pharmaceutical, Food, or Supply industry.
- Solid understanding of GMP and GDP practices.
- Highly competent in MS Office or Google Suite applications.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally.
- Motivated to work in an agile environment, highly flexible, and proactive.
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new IT systems.
- Proven teamwork skills, including building strong relationships, effective communication, and conflict management.
- 6-month contract with possible extension.
- 100% workload.
- On-site work required 3 days a week.
- Remote work possible 2 days a week.
