The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Histopathology Technologist to join our 360 Labs Initiative. This role will provide focused histology services and enable user onboarding and support for the platform's open lab. You'll work closely with experts from each therapeutic disease area and function to advance early drug discovery and participate in the implementation and growth of the Histopathology Platform.
Your Role and Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end workflows for tissue specimens, including processing, embedding, sectioning, staining, and digital pathology techniques.
- Perform quality control, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting across a range of histology lab instruments to ensure high-quality data production.
- Provide training and support in the use of histology equipment, collaborating with laboratory scientists to optimize tissue-based assays in early drug discovery research projects.
You'll have the opportunity to stay up to date on new technologies and approaches used in the histopathology space, embracing a continuous learning mindset. We're looking for candidates who are customer-focused, skilled in creative problem-solving, and excellent communicators.
