Industrialization Specialist

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Isover. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for overseeing the industrialization of new technologies and processes.

Main Objectives

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Conduct R&D experiments to test new solutions and optimize existing processes.
• Collect and analyze data to inform process decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure seamless integration.
• Investigate the relationship between process and product quality to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Process Engineering or related field such as Chemical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Hands-on experience and a genuine interest in practical work.
• Proficiency in data analysis and synthesis.
• Independent yet possess a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented and rigorous in your approach.

What We Offer

You will become part of a dynamic team consisting of 8 individuals, including 3 engineers, 2 technicians, and 2 VIE members. Daily supervision will be provided by the plant, with regular support from CRIR mentors. Your initial assignments may evolve based on the plant's requirements.
