Study Startup Coordinator

Takeda Pharmaceutical is looking for a Study Startup Coordinator to support our site start-up initiatives. This role will provide guidance, oversight, and training to the Site Start-Up team.
Main Accountabilities- Guide the Site Start-Up team in implementing the Site Start-Up Plan.
- Monitor adherence to deliverables on a site-level basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Clinical Operations, Project Management, site start up, and trial optimization within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor. A BS degree or international equivalent in a life science is required. Proficiency with software models and database structures is essential.
A strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary for success in this role. Additionally, expertise in principles driving country/site start-up and study start-up strategies is highly valued.
The Study Startup Coordinator will work closely with the Site Start-Up team to resolve escalated issues identified by the site start-up team in partnership with the Study Manager.
