Ihre Aufgaben- Planung und Durchführung von Performance-Marketing-Kampagnen (Paid Social, Retargeting, SEA) zur Erreichung unserer ROAS-Ziele
- Verantwortung für die Steuerung und Optimierung von Meta Ads und weiteren Paid-Kanälen
- Entwicklung datengetriebener Strategien zur Steigerung von Traffic, Conversion und Umsatz
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Content-Team, um kreative Assets und Kampagnenbotschaften abzustimmen
- Analyse und Reporting: Laufende Überwachung der Kampagnen-Performance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmassnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung eines Test-and-Learn-Ansatzes, um neue Kanäle und Zielgruppen zu erschliessen
