**Unlocking Performance through Simulation**

As a **Systems Simulation Engineer** on the Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber project, you will have the opportunity to push the boundaries of innovation and performance in the world of motorsport.

Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing cutting-edge simulation models that support the design and development of our Power Unit and chassis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining simulation models to optimize Power Unit integration, steering, braking, fuel & cooling layouts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between design, vehicle performance and simulator groups.
  • Analyzing test data to identify areas for improvement and contributing to the development of new toolsets and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Providing expert guidance and recommendations to inform design decisions and support R&D testing.

**Key Requirements**

  • Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience in systems simulation, preferably within an F1 or high-performance environment.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems, with expertise in CAD design and car control systems integration.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
