About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ergotherapist to join our team at the Clinique de Montchoisi in Lausanne. As an Ergotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, including those with ambulatory, hospitalization, and home care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their specific needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and track patient progress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Manage administrative tasks, including patient records, billing, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of our ambulatory services and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Ergotherapy (HES or equivalent) recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Authorization to practice in the canton of Vaud (or in the process of obtaining it).
- Strong knowledge of hand pathologies, neurology, orthopedics, and low vision.
- Interest in upper limb rehabilitation and a willingness to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Dynamic, autonomous, flexible, and rigorous individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and stress-resistant individual with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Training in sensory rehabilitation is an asset.
