Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Swiss Star. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Process reservations and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including room inventory and guest information
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hotel management or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a hotel front desk or reservations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management software
