About the Role

The Thermal Management Specialist will manage various projects to ensure timely delivery of all project obligations to client expectations and procedures, specifications, and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for the management of the full project life cycle from implementation through to final closure, ensuring project delivery is within pre-defined acceptance criteria for requested timescales and budgets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Effective management of projects to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all project obligations as set out by the business and the client's expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Accepts full ownership for the project life cycle from implementation through to final closure, providing assistance as required across the business to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for the customer with responsibility for attending site meetings, preparing project documentation, producing project programs, and attending factory witness tests.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong focus on project deliverables, including forecasting and financial controls.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, customer service skills, and smart appearance essential.
  • Organizational and time management skills, self-motivated, and capable of operating with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to interact with all levels within the organization from entry level to executive.
