Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Praktikanten, der sich für die städtebauliche Entwicklung begeistert und bereit ist, sich in einem dynamischen Team einzubringen. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an der Planung und Beratung von weltweiten Stadtentwicklungen mit Fokus auf die strategischen städtischen Systeme von morgen beteiligt.

Aufgaben

Als Praktikant werden Sie an folgenden Aufgaben beteiligt:

  • Durchführen von Analysen zu städtebaulichen Entwicklungen
  • Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen Masterplänen für Quartiere, Städte und Infrastruktur
  • Mitwirken bei der Erstellung innovativer Konzepte auf Quartiers- und Arealebene
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen, Fachveranstaltungen und Planunterlagen
Qualifikationen

Um erfolgreich in diesem Praktikum zu sein, sollten Sie:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in der Architektur, Raum- und Stadtplanung, Infrastrukturmanagement, Landschaftsarchitektur oder vergleichbare Fachbereiche haben
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets, CAD, 3D-Modellierung, Adobe Creative Suite, GIS (QGis, ArcGis) haben
  • Interesse an ganzheitlicher Nachhaltigkeitsbetrachtung (ökonomisch, ökologisch, sozial) und Bereitschaft, themenübergreifend zu arbeiten haben
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist besitzen
