At Lotus Partners, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Asset Management division in Switzerland. This exciting opportunity involves identifying new business prospects and nurturing long-standing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong partnerships with prominent banks, family offices, and independent asset managers in Switzerland.
- Take ownership of a client portfolio, working towards clear yearly growth targets.
- Craft and execute local marketing strategies, including webinars and events, to optimize client engagement.
- Stay abreast of key market developments and expand knowledge of diverse markets and target client bases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the Asset Management division across various locations.
- Lead client pitches and close deals by effectively communicating the full range of products, including traditional long-only funds, ESG offerings, and private equity.
- Work independently with an entrepreneurial spirit, maintaining a 'hunter' profile in business development.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record in business development within the Swiss market.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting, professional relationships that add value to clients and contribute to business growth.
- Strong expertise in client management and deal closure.
- In-depth understanding of asset management products, including traditional long-only funds, ESG offerings, and private equity.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interest in financial markets and investments.
- Excellent social and communication skills.
- Native German or Swiss German speaker, fluent in English; French is a plus.
- Responsible, ethical, and able to represent the company's values.
