We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to acquire new customers and increase our market share in German-speaking Switzerland. The focus is on one of the regions mentioned above.

In this role, you will work closely with the entire team to develop and implement sales and customer acquisition strategies. This includes:

• Increasing sales of our products and services
• Actively identifying and exploring business opportunities
• Recognizing needs and problems that need to be solved to increase sales
• Organizing sales meetings with new potential customers and existing customers
• Caring for and expanding our existing and future customers
• Contributing to the optimization of sales processes and their KPIs
• Identifying and participating in events (trade shows, webinars, conferences, workshops etc.)

Dedicated motivation to achieve ambitious goals is an essential point. You are flexible and sensitive to new technologies. The real estate sector interests you.

Some required skills:

• Several years of proven and sustainable sales success
• German-speaking or Swiss German native speaker
• Excellent formal and informal communication skills
• Good understanding of CRM approaches and tools
• Valid driving license (travels required)
