Affentranger Kveton + Partners Sàrl is seeking a Human Capital Strategist to complement its practice. As a boutique management consultancy firm, we specialize in Organisation Development, Talent Management, and Business Strategy. We are looking for a Human Capital Strategist with 5-7 years of relevant experience to co-lead projects covering the full human capital cycle, including organisational strategy development, building talent capabilities, enhancing leadership bench-strength, and aligning people, culture, and mission.

Key Accountabilities

1. Knowledge Transfer. Facilitate and train our clients by delivering programs covering Predictive Index certification, management and leadership, strategy workshops, soft skills training, and complex negotiation techniques. Assume a leadership role in organising and facilitating workshops. Act as an assessor and coach in Leadership Development Centres.

2. Consulting. Drive a rigorous and structured approach to plan, design, and support consultancy mandates of Senior Consultants. Provide expertise, industry best practices, and leverage HR solutions and methodologies. Partner with our clients to support them in making impactful decisions on priority issues at the intersection of people, business, and strategy.

3. Key Account Management. Manage regular interactions with clients and support Senior Consultants in answering their questions. Service our global client base proactively and understand their needs to promote AKP's products and services.

The role is flexible, comprising Nyon-based, remote, and client site work, and is open at 80-100% occupancy rate. During the first year, you will be expected to work on-site most of the time.

Requirements

You are a high-performing, persistent, creative, enthusiastic communicator, and team-orientated person with a university degree in Work & Organisation Psychology or Social Science.

You already have relevant experience in the full human resources cycle in at least two different positions or industries.

You are fluent in French and English, both written and oral (German and/or Italian a plus), and comfortable in delivering training in these languages.

To be successful in the role, you need to be a digital enthusiast, self-motivated, solution-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. A transformation mindset and customer centricity are important to have fun, grow, and delight our clients.
