Job Title: Senior Manager SCM Product Area
Job Summary:
This role requires a strong understanding of operational excellence, business acumen, and technical knowledge of enterprise-level platforms and technologies. The Senior Manager SCM Product Area will lead the development and execution of product strategies across our Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, driving operational excellence and business results through digital product ownership and leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and execute product roadmaps and backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirementsWork closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital productsProvide stakeholder management and communication to ensure clear expectations and alignmentMonitor and optimize product performance to drive consumer and business valueRequirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain/IT, with a proven track record of success in product ownership and leadership
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to source data autonomously and drive insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban) and SAP S4 a plus
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
