About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Horloger Haute Horlogerie to join our team at Montblanc, a leading manufacturer of high-end timepieces. As a key member of our Haute Horlogerie department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the assembly and adjustment of various calibers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and adjust calibres of all types with autonomy
  • Adjust functions by hand (lapping, polishing, etc.)
  • Complete and adjust timepieces
  • Perform case fitting
  • Analyze problems and find solutions independently
  • Meet production deadlines and respect quality criteria

Requirements:

  • Watchmaking certification (CFC)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Rapidity, dexterity, precision, attention to detail, patience
  • Sensitivity to quality, good visual acuity
  • Team spirit, adaptability, stress resistance
