About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Horloger Haute Horlogerie to join our team at Montblanc, a leading manufacturer of high-end timepieces. As a key member of our Haute Horlogerie department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the assembly and adjustment of various calibers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and adjust calibres of all types with autonomy
- Adjust functions by hand (lapping, polishing, etc.)
- Complete and adjust timepieces
- Perform case fitting
- Analyze problems and find solutions independently
- Meet production deadlines and respect quality criteria
Requirements:
- Watchmaking certification (CFC)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Rapidity, dexterity, precision, attention to detail, patience
- Sensitivity to quality, good visual acuity
- Team spirit, adaptability, stress resistance
