Senior Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Manager to join our team at Stadler Rail. As a key member of our ECM (Electronic Condition Monitoring) team, you will be responsible for the maintenance management function, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance policies, programs, and processes for our international fleet of multiple units and locomotives.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to acquire new ECM mandates and develop business opportunities.
- Support the Head of ECM and ECM II maintenance development function in implementing railway regulations and ECM topics.
- Participate in Europe-wide ECM and ISO/IRIS audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Track and assess safety-critical events from the railway industry, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on ECM and safety topics, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Degree in engineering or quality/process management, or equivalent professional experience in maintenance or process management.
- Experience in maintenance management systems, such as ECM, CAMO EASA, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of quality management and training as an internal or external auditor is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex issues.
- Excellent communication and customer-orientation skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Ability to travel to visit customers, locations, and fleets at home and abroad.
