Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the SGS LabTox entity, handling day-to-day back-office tasks and reception duties.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle all back-office activities, ensuring daily phone follow-up with clients.
- Prepare, control, register, and send out invoices to customers.
- Provide administrative support to operations activities, liaising with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate tasks.
- Maintain databases, assist with various projects, and ensure appropriate filing and archiving.
- Ensure absolute compliance with the Code of Integrity.
Qualifications
PROFILE
- CFC "Employé de Commerce"
- 5 years of experience
- Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
- Reliable, flexible, and accurate
- Team-oriented
- Customer-focused
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Certificate of in-company trainer for apprentices (a plus)
