Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Customer Service Coordinator will provide administrative support to the SGS LabTox entity, handling day-to-day back-office tasks and reception duties.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all back-office activities, ensuring daily phone follow-up with clients.
  • Prepare, control, register, and send out invoices to customers.
  • Provide administrative support to operations activities, liaising with the laboratory supervisor to coordinate tasks.
  • Maintain databases, assist with various projects, and ensure appropriate filing and archiving.
  • Ensure absolute compliance with the Code of Integrity.

Qualifications

PROFILE

  • CFC "Employé de Commerce"
  • 5 years of experience
  • Good command of MS Office tools and MS Outlook

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Fluent in French and German, Italian and/or English are a plus
  • Reliable, flexible, and accurate
  • Team-oriented
  • Customer-focused
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Certificate of in-company trainer for apprentices (a plus)
