About the Role

As a key member of our team at Orange Business Services, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that drive business growth and innovation. We are seeking an experienced ICT System Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in virtualization, backup, and storage technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and audit virtualization, backup, and storage solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Configure and deploy equipment to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and proof-of-concept deployments, providing technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide Level 3 support to customers, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • Proven experience in virtualization, backup, and storage technologies, with a strong focus on Nutanix and Commvault solutions.
  • Active certifications in NCP-MCI and/or Command Center Professional are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Swiss residency and a valid driving license are required.
