We are seeking a skilled GMP Compliance Specialist to support the Synthetic Molecules Technical Development team at Roche.
Your Key Tasks- Developing and implementing GMP compliance processes for PTDC, in close collaboration with the global PQS network.
- Contributing to global PQS document lifecycle processes and influencing authoring communities to ensure effective implementation.
- Providing expert guidance on quality systems and their business processes, including Cornerstone, Veeva OneQMS, and QualityDocs.
- Leading process optimization and standardization initiatives in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with team members and building relationships with customers and partners across functional boundaries.
- A Master's degree or higher in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or relevant experience in a GMP environment.
- Experience in synthetic molecule manufacturing and quality control is desirable.
- Fluency in German and English, with a passion for collaborating with international teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team environment, with a willingness to carry out diverse activities.
- The ability to make informed decisions and seek feedback from others.
