We are seeking a highly skilled Process Expert MSAT DSP to join our team in, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in technology transfers and process implementation at manufacturing scale. As a key member of our team, you will ensure process scalability and manufacturability, secure technology transfer success, and directly communicate with customers during campaign preparation, execution, and closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in technology transfers and process implementation at manufacturing scale.
  • Ensure process scalability and manufacturability.
  • Secure technology transfer success by applying formal processes and tools.
  • Directly communicate with customers during campaign preparation, execution, and closure.
  • Resolve process issues that may arise during manufacturing, considering all regulatory requirements.
  • Compile process-related deviations and change requests.
  • Ensure timely compilation of campaign reports and related documentations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, PhD preferred.
  • Preferred area of study: Biotechnology, chemical engineering, or related disciplines.
  • More than 5 years of experience in biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, preferably in mammalian manufacturing.
  • GMP and deep understanding of bioprocess technology.
  • Fluency in English; German preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and team orientation.
  • Very good communication skills and interaction with all kinds of interfaces within customers and the project organization.
  • Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude.
  • Open-minded for new ideas and suggestions.
  • Agile, highly motivated, and dynamic drive.
  • Solution-oriented.
