Auditor Assistant

About the Role:
In our dynamic Audit Insurance practice, you will play a critical control function in the industry, working closely with experienced professionals to cultivate a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset within the audit team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on-site at client premises and within a flexible hybrid work environment.
- Analyze and assess business processes and workflows for our national and international clients, gaining deep insights into the insurance industry.
- Develop your technical expertise by tackling complex topics, including regulatory requirements, risk management, and advanced accounting principles.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology to perform next-generation audits, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our audit processes.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to cultivate a positive team culture and a strong customer service mindset within the audit team.
- Receive comprehensive training and mentoring to fast-track your professional development, with opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, expanding your knowledge beyond auditing and into broader aspects of the business.

What We Look For:
- Completed at least two semesters in economics or a comparable field of study.
- First work experience in the insurance or finance industry is a plus.
- Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong ability to work independently, with solid analytical skills to evaluate information and make informed judgments.
- Resilient, proactive, and customer-focused, with a positive attitude towards solving complex problems and addressing client needs.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a proactive approach to developing new skills and embracing innovative technologies in auditing.
- Proficient German skills and very good English skills.
