Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Master Data Management Specialist to own and enhance our master data operations.
- Assume comprehensive responsibility for all master data tasks while upholding or exceeding current performance standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain content that supports high-quality master data management practices and improved service levels.
- Identify and map all Offer-to-Cash (O2C) master data activities, ensuring that process flows and roles & responsibilities are thoroughly documented.
- Create robust, master-controlled training documentation and deliver engaging training sessions that empower staff and foster excellence.
